The BLUE KNIGHTS® is a non-profit fraternal organization consisting of active and retired law enforcement men & women who enjoy riding motorcycles.

The Red Knights are a club for members of the fire service and their families, who enjoy riding motorcycles. Membership is open to all firefighters, active or retired, volunteer or industrial, who have access to a motorcycle and hold a valid motorcycle drivers license. Spouses, members' children, and boy/girlfriends are also welcome as Social Members. At present, a minimum of seven firefighters are required to charter a new chapter.

Founded in 1977, the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club (VJMC) is the premier worldwide club dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and enjoyment of vintage Japanese motorcycles (20 years old or older) and the promotion of the sport of motorcycling. The VJMC is a NOT-FOR-PROFIT IRS reregistered 501 C (7) group. Because we are a 501 C (7) Club, all contributions to the VJMC are deductible to the full extend allowed by law. The VJMC has affiliated branches all over the world. The North American branch has over 2,700 enthusiastic and dedicated US and Canadian members. Regardless of where we are located though, members share the same love of old Japanese bikes – street or dirt – and welcome those of you who share our interests to join us. MAMA is a non-profit youth motocross organization based at Budds Creek MX Park, in Budds Creek, Maryland. During the 2005 racing season almost 1,750 racers participated in events promoted by MAMA. The organization is run by an all volunteer Board of Directors, and is dedicated to providing the very best in motocross racing. Throughout this racing season, the Board hopes that all members will learn and grow as a result of the time spent at our events. MAMA races are known the nation wide for the high quality standards upheld. Sportsmanship, caring, understanding and fairness, traits we all should foster, are priorities at MAMA.

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources provides trails for off-road vehicles, or ORV's, in Garrett, Potomac, Green Ridge, Savage River and Pocomoke State Forests. An ORV is defined as a motorized vehicle designed for or capable of cross-country travel on land, water, snow, ice, marsh, swampland or other natural terrain. Off-road vehicles include a four-wheel drive or low pressure tire vehicle; an automobile; a truck; a motorcycle and related two-wheel vehicles; an amphibious machine; a ground effect or air cushion vehicle; a snowmobile; and a golf cart.
